CANADA AND USA DEEPLY DISCOUNTED SHIPPING :
All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours and depart directly from our warehouses in either Vancouver or Toronto. Orders received during weekend hours will ship on the following Monday. Standard UPS shipping times within Canada apply. (See maps below). Your order will be shipped from the location that best minimizes freight time. Most Canadian destinations can expect delivery via UPS regular shipping within 2 business days of order fulfillment.
At checkout, choose from UPS or Canada Post. Due to preferred partnerships, Qualifirst provides deeply discounted shipping from standard available rates.
SPECIAL SHIPPING RATES FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS:
Professionals customers are eligible to free shipping, unless they are located in a remote rural in which case a $20 flat rate is required.
STORE PICK UP
You can choose to pick up your order at one of our warehouses by selecting the store pick up shipping option on checkout. Items are available for pick the next business day Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. It is not possible to place your order from the warehouse, your order must be placed online beforehand.
Toronto Shipping and Receiving is located at the rear of the building. Vancouver Shipping and Receiving is located in the alleyway between 7th and 8th Avenue.

Some items, such as cheese, meat, and also chocolate (only in the summer), require special shipping and handling procedures to ensure the integrity of product quality. Our products are of the highest quality and using these methods helps to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Qualifirst Foods offers special insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive items at no additional cost. In Canada, only UPS next-day shipping will be available for these products.
Delivery to remote areas may require additional shipping time and are excluded. Please ensure someone will be on hand to accept your expected delivery. Qualifirst Foods is not responsible for packages left out in the heat after delivery.
Depending on when the order is received, we may delay shipping to prevent your order from sitting idle in a shipping warehouse and ensure 2 calendar day order fulfillment. If your order is received late in the week, we may opt to hold fulfillment until the following Monday.
